Utility Inspection and Supervision Fee
The Dockets to be used for filing utility fees will be available on July 1, 2026 past year as well as 2025 fees.
The form for Electric, Gas, Water and Sewer’s Statement of Gross Receipts has a new name to better reflect the data contained. It is now titled I&S Fee Based on the Statement of Gross Receipts. With the new PRCe360 filing system, changes are being made to the process of filing the Utility and Carrier Inspection Fees Report and the I&S Fee Based on the Statement of Gross Receipts.
Company filing will be made by the Utilities and/or their representatives directly into the PRCe360 system. If filing with a check/money order, a copy of the report must be mailed with the check/money order after uploading the report and copy of the check/money order
For 2025 filings, payments will only be accepted on or after July 1 with the check dated no earlier than July 1, 2026 and ACH payments are to be no earlier than July 1. All payments remitted earlier will be returned.
For filing and payments for 2024 and prior years, the docket for filing will be available on July 1, 2026
The procedures will be available prior to filing on July 1, 2026
