Utility Inspection and Supervision Fee
The Docket for filing of utility fees for year 2025 will be available on July 1, 2026.
A separate Docket for filing of utility fees for years prior to 2025 will be available on July 1, 2026.
An email will be sent out on June 30, 2026 with additional filing information. Please see links below for form templates and for the submission procedures.
For 2025 filings, payments will only be accepted on or after July 1 with the check dated no earlier than July 1, 2026 and ACH payments are to be no earlier than July 1.
All payments remitted earlier or dated earlier will be returned.
The form for Electric, Gas, Water and Sewer’s Statement of Gross Receipts has a new name to better reflect the data contained. It is now titled I&S Fee Based on the Statement of Gross Receipts.
Company filing will be made by the Utilities into the PRCe360 system. If filing with a check/money order, a copy of the report must be mailed with the check/money order after uploading the report and copy of the check/money order into PRCe360.
