Melody Ranch Water Company and NMPRC Utility Division staff will hold weekly status conferences beginning on September 15 to provide further updates to the Commission regarding efforts to restore service. Utility Division staff will also file a report with the Commission following each conference providing updates on the status of water service, the outlook for its restoration, developments with potential partners to restore service, and any other matters that could be of importance in this proceeding (case no. 25-00054-UT).
