NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS OF PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF NEW MEXICO – PNM

PNM’s second annual grid modernization review filing

On April 10, 2026, Public Service Company of New Mexico filed its second annual grid modernization review filing with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission. This has been assigned case number 26-0000069. A public hearing has been scheduled to commence at 9 a.m. on August 11, 2026, and continue if necessary on August 12, 2026.

PNM’s application requesting approval to terminate its Sky Blue voluntary renewable energy program

On October 31, 2025, Public Service Company of New Mexico filed an application with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission for approval to terminate PNM’s Sky Blue voluntary renewable energy program and cancel Rider No. 30. The application was assigned case number 25-00071-UT. A new date for this public hearing, if one is necessary, will be set in a few weeks.

PNM’s Application requesting approval to be acquired by Troy ParentCo LLC

On August 25, 2025, PNM and TXNM Energy, Inc. filed an application with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission requesting approval to be acquired by Troy ParentCo LLC. The application was assigned case number 25-00060-UT. The evidentiary hearing originally set for May 4 -15, 2026 has been vacated and a new date will be announced  by May 8, 2026. Currently a hearing on an Order to Show Cause is set for April 30, 2026, commencing at 9 a.m. online via Zoom and will be streamed live on YouTube.

PNM’s application requesting issuance of a CCN to construct, own and operate three new segments of a transmission line

On February 26, 2026, Public Service Company of New Mexico filed an application requesting issuance  for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to construct, own and operate three new segments of transmission line connecting the Rio Puerco to Pajarito to Prosperity 345 kV stations in the Albuquerque area and to expand and upgrade the related station facilities. The application was assigned case number 26-0000041. The public hearing is scheduled for August 26, 2026, commencing at 9 a.m.

SPS’s application requesting approval of six long-term purchased power agreements

A public hearing for this case is scheduled to commence at 9:00 a.m. on May 26, 2026, and will continue through June 5, 2026. On September 25, 2025, SPS filed an application requesting CCNs to construct and operate eight new generation and battery energy storage projects. The case number is 25-00066-UT. NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS OF EL PASO ELECTRIC COMPANY – EPE

EPE’s application for approval of a CCN and request for expedited treatment

On April 13, 2026, EPE filed an application for expedited approval of a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to replace the existing 200 megawatt High Voltage Direct Current Eddy County Converter Station facility with a new 200 megawatt HVDC facility located immediately adjacent. EPE’s application requesting approval of revised New Mexico retail electric base rates

On March 27, 2026, El Paso Electric Company filed its application for revision of Retail Electric Rates under Advice Notice No. 317 containing its proposed rates. This case has been assigned docket number 25-00082-UT.  A public hearing has been scheduled for September 21 to October 2, 2026, commencing at 9:00 a.m. each day. Kit Carson Electric Cooperative’s Application for Continuation of its Fuel and Purchased Power Cost Adjustment Clause

On April 11, 2025, Kit Carson Electric Cooperative filed an application with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission seeking authorization to continue the use of its fuel and purchased power cost adjustment clause previously approved by the Commission as part of its rates for electric service. The application was assigned case no. 25-00032-UT. A public hearing for this case is set to begin at 9:30 a.m. on September 23, 2026, online via Zoom and streamed live on YouTube.

On April 17, 2026, New Mexico Gas Company filed an application requesting authorization to issue up to $140 million in unsecured notes with potential terms between five and thirty years to be used to pay down long-term and short-term debt and to fund the capital program and general corporate obligations. NMGC’s application for approvals and authorizations to implement its Energy Efficiency Program Plan for 2026-2028

New Mexico Gas Company filed an application for approvals and authorizations to implement its Energy Efficiency Program Plan for years 2026-2028 (case no. 25-00061-UT) on September 2, 2025.
