The following matters are scheduled for evidentiary hearings online via Zoom through September 2026. Please check this page periodically, because hearings can be rescheduled or cancelled. Written comments from people who are not associated to parties involved in that matter can be submitted online through PRCe360, and oral comments are heard during Commission regular open meetings.
HEARING ON ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
Docket No. 25-00060-UT – PNM’s application for approval of an acquisition and merger of Troy Merger Sub Inc. et al; approval of general diversification plan and all other approvals required to consumate and implement that transaction.
