PRCe360 Compliance Filings
Whether you are trying to submit an annual report, monthly gas adjustment report, or other regular report required by Commission Rule below you will find step by step instructions to be able to submit your compliance filing in our new case management system; PRCe360. Please note, this process will be improving throughout the year.
Important Due Dates
17.11.10.17, State Rural Universal Service Fund (ETC) – Annual Report: Due July 1 of each year
17.11.19.12, Expedited Procedures for Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC) – Annual Report: Due April 1 of each year
17.11.21.13, Expedited Procedures for Intrastate Long Distance Providers (IXC) – Annual Report: Due April 1 of each year
17.11.28.9 (B), Inmate Calling Service Providers (ICSP) – Annual Report: Due April 1 of each year
PRCe360 Instructions
I. Compliance Filing Dockets & Naming Conventions
1. Annual Compliance Dockets
- Each year, the Commission will open a docket for each compliance filing required by Commission rule.
- All regulated entities must file the required compliance filing into the corresponding compliance docket designated for that rule.
- Note for this year only (2026): You may file the remaining 2025 compliance filings in the appropriate 2026 docket, for this year only, due to the new system implementation.
2. Example of a Compliance Docket Title
- An example of a compliance filing docket title is:
(i.e. 26-0000016; IN THE MATTER OF 2026 COMPLIANCE FILINGS PURSUANT TO 17.9.550 NMAC, FUEL AND PURCHASED POWER COST ADJUSTMENTS CLAUSES FOR ELECTRIC UTILITIES
- Regulated entities are responsible for ensuring filings are submitted into the correct compliance docket for the applicable rule and year.
- Published Docket List
- The Commission will annually publish a list of all compliance filing dockets and their corresponding docket numbers found below on the Compliance Docket List.
3. Required Naming Conventions
- All compliance filings must use the Commission-established naming convention, as published:
- In the attached naming convention document (found below), and
- On the PRCe360 FAQ page.
4. Rejection of Improper Filings
- Submissions will be rejected if they are:
- Not filed in the correct compliance docket, or
- Does not conform to the required naming convention
II. Telecommunication Tariffs
This process only corresponds to telecommunication tariffs. Utility tariffs should follow the advice notice process as provided in the PRCe360 website.
1. Annual Telecommunication Tariff Docket
- Each year, the Commission will open one docket to house all telecommunication tariffs and tariff revisions for that year.
- The docket will be titled:
“IN THE MATTER OF FILING TELECOMMUNICATIONS TARIFF FILINGS FOR [YEAR]”
[Company Name] Tariff No., Tariff Name and Revision, to include Transmittal
2. Published Docket Number
- The Commission will annually publish the corresponding docket number for the telecommunication tariff docket below.
3. Filing Requirements
- All regulated telecommunication companies must file all telecommunication tariffs and tariff revisions for the applicable year into the designated telecommunication tariff docket.
4. Staff Analysis
- Telecommunication staff’s analysis for each tariff will also be filed into the same telecommunication tariff docket.
