Live Open Meetings and Workshops
Next Regular Open Meeting Scheduled for Thursday, June 12
Unless specified otherwise, open Meetings are held at the Bokum Building in Santa Fe, located at 142 W. Palace Ave. All open meetings are also streamed live on YouTube (see links at left).
If you’d like to provide public comment, you may do so in person, online, or by telephone. To sign up for public comment online or by telephone, send an email to public.comment@prc.nm.gov or call (505) 490-7910 no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to internal planning requirements and the need to comply with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, any items that you wish to have considered at an Open Meeting must be delivered to the appropriate employee/division by Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. the week BEFORE that Open Meeting. Complying with this deadline is not a guarantee that the matter will be considered during the meeting, and items received after this deadline will not be able to be placed on the agenda for the Open Meeting.

Agenda for Regular Open Meeting
Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-1(A) and (B) all meetings of a quorum of Commissioners of the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission held for the purpose of formulating public policy, discussing public business, or for the purpose of taking any action within the authority delegated to the Commission shall be open to the public, except as otherwise provided by law.
Open meetings shall be hybrid meetings and will be held in person at the Bokum Building located at 142 W. Palace Ave, Santa Fe, NM 87501 and via Zoom until further notice. In the event an open meeting is to be located elsewhere, such location will be specified in the notice of that meeting. Any member of the public may attend an open meeting and listen to the deliberations and proceedings of the Commission. In accordance with NMSA 1978, Section 8-8-4(D), a majority of the Commissioners constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. In the event there is a closure or delay when an Open Meeting is scheduled the meeting will be held via Zoom only.
