Utility Inspection and Supervision Fee
The Dockets to be used for filing utility fees will be available on July 1, 2026 for 2025 fees. This webpage will be updated with the new forms soon. An email will be sent with further information.
The form for Electric, Gas, Water and Sewer’s Statement of Gross Receipts has a new name to better reflect the data contained. It is now titled Inspection and Supervision Fee Based on the Statement of Gross Receipts. With the new PRCe360 filing system, changes are being made to the process of filing the Utility and Carrier Inspection Fees Report and the Inspection and Supervision Fee Based on the Statement of Gross Receipts.
Company filing will be made by the Utilities and/or their representatives directly into the PRCe360 system. If filing with a check, a copy of the document filed must accompany the check. For 2025 filings, payments will only be accepted after July 1 with the check dated no earlier than July 1, 2026 and ACH payments are to be no earlier than July 1. All payments remitted earlier will be returned.
