If you want to share your thoughts with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission, there are several easy ways to do so. Here is a simplified guide on how to make your voice heard:

Speak at a Meeting

You can give your comments during any regular open meeting, special open meeting, or workshop.

• In Person: Just show up! You do not need to sign up in advance if you are attending the meeting in person.
• Virtually (Zoom): If you want to speak online, email the PRC to request a Zoom link. Make sure to send your email by 3 p.m. the day before the meeting.

Submit Written Comments Online

If you prefer to write your comments, the easiest and fastest way is to use the PRCe360 portal. Registration is not required to submit a written comment.

1. From the PRCe360 homepage, click on the plus sign (+) in the bottom right corner of the screen.
2. Click “Submit a Public Comment”
3. Fill out the form with your information and your message, then hit submit.

Watch or Research

If you aren’t ready to comment yet, you can always:

• Watch meetings live on YouTube.
• Search for specific cases to see what else has been filed.
