Manage your cases more efficiently with PRCe360, New Mexico Public Regulation Commission’s new Case Management and eFiling System, powered by CaseXellence

The old system needed some improvements, so we set up a new way that…

  • Improves how you interact with your cases and requests
  • Helps you waste less time searching for the documents you need
  • Allows you to file more efficiently and keep up to date on your cases with ease

The tools you’ve been using just weren’t built for how people work today, so we wanted to change how you worked.

Launch FAQs

When does it launch?

PRCe360 will take over from eDocket on January 26th, 2026. This date is subject to change.

Why are you changing from eDocket?

We are migrating to a new system because we, as an agency, are striving to move in a direction that supports the public and internal users in efficiently filing dockets and submitting various requests (comments, complaints, and public information requests) without stress.
