Public Hearing Calendar and Livestream Schedule

The following matters are scheduled for evidentiary hearings online via Zoom through September 2026. Please check this page periodically, because hearings can be rescheduled or cancelled. Additional information regarding these dockets is found online at the Commission’s Case Management System and on the Legal Notices page of this website. 

Written comments from people who are not associated to parties involved in that matter can be submitted online through the Commission’s Case Management system, and oral comments are heard during Commission regular open meetings. 

EVIDENTIARY HEARING

Docket No. 25-00085-UT –  SPS’s application for approval of six long-term purchased power agreements for battery energy storage systems and for other associated relief. The hearing, if one is necessary for this matter, will be held April 13-14, 2026, at 9 a.m. via Zoom videoconference. Docket No. 25-00060-UT –  PNM’s application for approval of an acquisition and merger of Troy Merger Sub Inc. et al; approval of general diversification plan and all other approvals required to consumate and implement that transaction.
