Public Hearing Calendar and Livestream Schedule

The following matters are scheduled for evidentiary hearings online via Zoom through May 2026. Please check this page before to confirm the date of the hearings, because hearings can can be rescheduled or cancelled. Written comments for any of these matters can be sent via email to PRC.Records@prc.nm.gov. Oral comments may be given during Commission open meetings. EVIDENTIARY HEARING

Case No. 25-00066-UT –  Southwestern Public Service Company’s application for Certificates of Public Convenience and Necesity to construct and operate wind, solar, battery and thermal generation projects. The hearing will commence at 9 a.m. each day from January 20 – 30, 2026, via Zoom videoconference. Case No. 25-00075-UT –  AFE Cedarvale Wind, LLC’s application for location approval and right-of-way width determination. Case No. 25-00085-UT –  SPS’s application for approval of six long-term purchased power agreements for battery energy storage systems and for other associated relief. Case No. 25-00060-UT –  PNM’s application for approval of an acquisition and merger of Troy Merger Sub Inc. et al; approval of general diversification plan and all other approvals required to consumate and implement that transaction.
