The Information Technology Division supports the mission of the Public Regulation Commission by facilitating technical infrastructure management and providing end-user support. The IT Division strives to make useful technology available to the PRC as well as the public and corporate interests it serves through:

• diligent project management
• courteous and responsive customer support
• the understanding and implementation of cutting edge technology

The IT Division supports the continuously evolving network infrastructure through application(s) support, end user support, and training. The IT Division must also commits to a high-level of cybersecurity through assuring data confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility.
