NOTICE TO MOTOR CARRIERS REGARDING PREHEARING ON SUSPENSIONS OR REVOCATIONS

IN THE MATTER OF INVESTIGATION OF MOTOR CARRIERS FOR FAILURE TO FILE ANNUAL REPORTS

THIS NOTICE addresses some aspects of the revocations or suspensions of operating authorities to motor carriers that have not submitted their 2022 Annual Reports, and the Prehearing set for Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.

The prehearing and the Evidentiary Hearing will be conducted via the Zoom platform. A link will be sent prior to the commencement of the prehearing.

Carriers who have already submitted 2022 Annual Reports are not required to attend the Prehearing or the June Evidentiary Hearing. If you need to verify your status, please contact the Transportation Division of the PRC.

Carriers that still haven’t submitted annual reports have an extension to submit the 2022 Annual Reports until the day before the Evidentiary Hearing which will be set for the first week of June, the exact date is to be determined.

Carriers must submit 2022 Annual Reports as soon as possible, via email, to any the following addresses: Christopher.Gutierre@prc.nm.gov or Annual.Reports@prc.nm.gov. Once you have submitted your 2022 Annual Reports and received confirmation, you won’t have to attend the May 29 Prehearing or the June Evidentiary Hearing.
